2013 Findlay, Ohio MS Walk

Findlay MS walk. It was a beautiful day for a walk outside with an option to walk the track inside the Koehler Athletic Complex of the University of Findlay.   IMG_0136

My nephew Austin volunteered, working with my wife Carol at the awards table, then he got crazy celebrating the return walkers. Sorry I need to work on my picture taking skills.

I set up another table this year that is located at the start/finish line and lunch area. As you can see I have the MS video playing that Jenn Gebhart and I are working on that will be available in a couple of months. Jenn is teaching a floor Yoga class with one student modifying in a chair. The video includes Chair Yoga, Floor Yoga, Standing/Floor Combo Yoga, Care Giver Yoga, Fatigue/Posture/Breathing chapter, interview with a Physical Therapist and were currently working on scheduling an intro with a Neurologist who is a specialist in MS.

I also had some Essential Oils recommended for MS by the “Essential Oils desk reference Fifth Edition” on display with information. Recommended oils are single oils: Juniper, Wintergreen, Frankincense, Rosemary, Basil, Helichrysum, Peppermint, Thyme, Marjoram. And blends: PanAway, Valor, Valor Roll-on, Aroma Siez, Acceptance, Awaken.
I use at least three oils a day, one from the list and two others. When I do a Raindrop Session with someone I use eight of the above oils plus one more. For more information on Essential Oils go to or email me.
