Locust Pose is a baby back bend that primarily works the upper and lower back. Strengthens muscles of the lower back and improves flexibility in the back. Massages internal organs, improves digestion and strengthens the shoulders and arms. Also recommended for relieving sciatica and pain in the lower back.

I’ve been busy! Next week I’ll put a video of a pose in, as requested by one of my students. I’ve been busy the last few weeks with a 3 day workshop, 2 MS walks and last weekend helping “Team Wilhelm” at the Relay for Life. Most of my other free time I’ve been working on the MS video.

I have completed my 500-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga on High in Columbus, Ohio. To become certified I spent a lot of weekends in Columbus studying under some amazing teachers that teach around the world.

Findlay MS walk. It was a beautiful day for a walk outside with an option to walk the track inside the Koehler Athletic Complex of the University of Findlay.
