I’m excited to be part of the team at Heidelberg University who are helping to shoot, direct, and market a video called “Yoga for Seniors“. This Course will have between 15 to 20 Lessons. The last couple of Lessons will be Yoga practices which will be about 20 minutes long for beginner and intermediate students incorporating poses from the previous Lessons.
