Oil Pulling is good stuff and every time I mention Oil Pulling to someone they usually have never heard of it. So I wanted to re-post this information again. Since starting to Oil Pull in April, 2011 I have had no issues with fatigue. I faithfully Oil Pull 2-4 times a day, everyday.

It heals diseases of nerves, paralysis, and encephalitis. It prevents the growth of malignant tumors, cuts and heals them. Chronic sleeplessness is cured.”

Go to and research what it’s good for (everything), how to, how long, how many times per day, … before starting to Oil Pull.

I have been Oil Pulling since April 2011 with positive results. I Oil Pull 3 to 4 times a day, when on vacation or gone for long weekends, I Oil Pull 1 or 2 time per day.

Here’s the deal, I’ve had Multiple Sclerosis since 2001 and have tried dozens of homeopathic and different possible aids in in helping me with my MS. Some with positive effects and some with no noticeable effects at all. So when I heard about and researched Oil Pulling, I had to try it. I made the decision to Oil Pull for 12 months and if no noticeable results I would stop. Of course I had great results and have been non stop ever since. I look at Oil Pulling as another ingredient in the recipe to help me achieve the best quality of life I can (Yoga & Diet are the two other biggies).

I use Sesame Seed Oil Unrefined that can be purchased in most chain grocery stores health food section for about $10 for a 16oz bottle. You can use other oils, but from what I’ve read, Sesame Seed oil seems to work as good or better than any other. Carol’s cousin uses Coconut oil and has reported good results.

I put a tablespoon of Sesame Seed oil in my mouth on an empty stomach and swish it for 15 to 20 minutes, I want the most so I usually get in 20 minutes. If your new to Oil Pulling start out with 5 minutes and work your way up to what’s comfortable for you. The oil pulls toxins out of the blood from the blood vessels under the tongue.

Warning, if you have a chronic illness you may get sicker when you start Oil Pulling.This may be because the toxins are being pulled through you causing a flare up. Two weeks into it I had a couple of bad days, with an exacerbation. After that I was good. For me the number one change Carol and I noticed was fatigue elimination. I had been dealing with sever fatigue for about 8 to 10 years from the MS and the fatigue is gone and has not returned. I have not even had so much as a mini exacerbation. I understand my health could change and head south but I’ll continue fighting my disease using Oil Pulling and any other creative way I think will work for me.

I have definitely tested myself by riding my bike for over an hour in 90 + heat and currently spending a quarter taking a Yoga class at Yoga on High with the room temperature turned up to about body temp and I have not missed a beat and feel great.

I’m happy with my results and a handful of others I’ve told have a steady regime of Oil Pulling and pleased with their results too. We are all different and the results will be different for each of us. If you give Oil Pulling a valiant try with no results then stop and address your weakness with a creative mind and Google away until something clicks that you think may work.
