I’m excited to be part of the team at Heidelberg University who are helping to shoot, direct, and market a video called “Yoga for Seniors“. This Course will have between 15 to 20 Lessons. The last couple of Lessons will be Yoga practices which will be about 20 minutes long for beginner and intermediate students incorporating poses from the previous Lessons.

Yoga for Seniors” should publish in January on an educational website. I’ll give more info and the link to the education website as I begin publishing lessons in a few weeks. You’ll be able to purchase the individual Lessons as they are published or wait for them to be combined into the Course “Yoga for Seniors“.

I’m featuring each student who is participating in the video. Colin Graves was the first of 5 on day one of the shoot.

Colin jumped right in feeling comfortable working with Nathan Cutietta (Media Director) and myself. I liked working with Colin, he was early for each meeting and ready to contribute. Also, easy to work with, friendly and a good communicator. Below is Colin’s Bio in his words.

“My name is Colin Graves. I am from Ashville, Ohio, which is just south of Columbus. I am currently attending Heidelberg University and am a junior. I am double majoring in Sports Management and Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. I am studying abroad in Barcelona, Spain next semester and will finish my degree in the spring of 2016.”
