Stroke of Insight by Jill Bolte Taylor

Warning: A real brain and spinal cord shown in video.
Jill Bolte Taylor is a neuroanatomist (brain scientist) gives a walk through of her massive stroke experience and recovery.

This is a great video someone shared with me and I thought I would share with you.

My father also had a stroke a couple months ago. The doctors told him that he is a very lucky man. He had so many blood clots in his brain they could not count them all. His vision, balance, strength, and fatigue are slowly improving but he thinks he will be on warfarin the rest of his life. He has a positive outlook and does what he can to help himself. He is now coming to Tiffin once a month for my free "Moving Toward Mobility" class at the Tiffin Community YMCA.This is a chair class for anyone with any disability, illness, or injury. He now incorporates some of the chair poses from the class, in his daily practice.

Happy & Healthy,
Yoga Chuck
