It's Thanksgiving and if you celebrate this special holiday, HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

A couple Thanksgiving quotes and what I'm thankful for:

Melody Beattie:
Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.

Frank A. Clark:
If a fellow isn't thankful for what he's got, he isn't likely to be thankful for what he's going to get.

Things I (Yoga Chuck) am Thankful for:
I'm Thankful I was able to wake up this morning and get out of bed. It was earlier than I wanted, but I'm Thankful I get to enjoy this day longer than most. I'm Thankful for the people that surround me in my life especially my wife Carol, sister Mani (Manuela), and other family & friends.

I'm Thankful for the health I have. I'm Thankful I have MS (Multiple Sclerosis), you read it right. MS has changed my life for the better, not that my life was bad before the disease, actually it was good. But now I'm happier with less and the MS has changed the direction of my life. I'm no longer looking as far into the future and living more for the moment. My new direction has given me a peace that I never had before. The MS has taken away my greed and selfishness giving me the opportunity to spread my horizon broader and not focus on such a narrow path.

If you find you're not Thankful for anything then try looking at what is surrounding you and not into the distance or future where things become blurry.

We all have the power and in control of our lives, if your direction is not the path you want, choose a different one.

Happy & Health,
Yoga Chuck
