Welcome everyone to my first blog, I will do at least one blog per week and eventually more. The focus will be Yoga but down the road I’m hoping to add other topics that relate to living healthy. In the future I will add pictures and links to videos. Some of the material can be labeled therapeutic since it will address people that are ill or injured. For example, I have MS and will address issues that relate to MS and Yoga. This same material will benefit inactive seniors and others with varying disabilities and illnesses.
Hatha Yoga is an umbrella that includes all physical Yoga. But when someone says they teach or practice Hatha Yoga as I do, I refer to it as a mild form of Yoga. I like to think of it as healthy Yoga or real Yoga.
